Rules and Regulations for Prize Money

Only confirmed riders in the race will be entitled to be considered for prize money if falling within the prize money winning positions.

Registration Clauses
Due to limited registrations in the event, we have put a clause in the winning amount:
1st Position

Finish positions will depend on total finishing time with photo finish.

Riders must cross the start line no later than 2 minutes from start time.

Results declared on race day shall be provisional. In addition to the criteria mentioned herein, final entitlement to rankings and prize money positions shall be subject to change.

Bib tag must be entered across all checkpoints on the course, including at the start and finish point.

Riders found to have interchanged their bib tag and/or rider number bib with others will be disqualified.

All prize money winners will receive their cheques after issuance by the concerned authority.

Prize winners declared may be required to submit certified true copies of proof of identity and/or date of birth documents.

Protests and Appeals: The athlete and/or his/her representative can appeal to the Technical Delegate regarding official race results in writing within 30 minutes of the official announcement.

Title Revocation Policy
1 Ethical Conduct
Winners and participants must uphold the integrity of the event and organization at all times. Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory statements will be subject to disciplinary action.
2 Misconduct & Consequences
- Defamation: Damage the reputation of the event.
- Unethical Behavior: Impacts the event’s integrity.
- Violation of Agreements: Breaching signed commitments.
Disciplinary Inquiry Process
Step 1
A disciplinary committee will investigate any reported violation.
Step 2
The accused participant will be given an opportunity to present their case.
Final Verdict
Committee reserves the right to revoke titles, ban participants, and take back prize money/goodies.
Agreement to Terms
By participating in the event, all athletes and winners agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification, revocation of title, and permanent ban from future events.
