Rules and regulations for Prize Money (Applicable in every category)
- Only confirmed riders in the race will be entitled to be considered for prize money given in the prize money structure if falling within the prize money winning positions.
- Due to limited registrations in the event, we have put a clause in the winning amount
For 1st position require 5 registrations
For 2nd position require 10 registrations
For 3rd position require 15 registrations
- Finish positions will depend on total finishing time with photo finish.
- Riders must cross the start line no later than 2 minutes from start time.
- Results declared on race day shall be ‘provisional’. In addition to the criteria mentioned herein, final entitlement to rankings and prize money.
- Positions shall be subject to change.
- Bib tag entered across all checkpoints on the course, including at the start and finish point.
- Riders found to have interchanged their bib tag and/or their rider number bib with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such riders shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable).
- All the prize money winners receive their cheques after issuing them by the concerned authority.
- Prize winners declared may be required, at the sole discretion of the Event Promoter, to submit a certified true copy of documents of proof of identity and/or date of birth, as may be required, for disbursement of prize money.
- Refusal of submission of adequate and relevant documents will entail the athlete’s participation to be disqualified from the Event.
- Protests and Appeals: The athlete and/or his/her representative can appeal to the Technical Delegate in relation to the official race results declared, in writing, within 30 minutes of the official announcement of the results on race day, of the relevant race category.
- The prize details are subject to change without any prior notice.
Code of Conduct & Title Revocation Policy
1. Ethical Conduct & Fair Representation
- Winners and participants must uphold the integrity of the event and organization at all times.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory statements against the event, organizers, or sponsors will be subject to disciplinary action.
2. Misconduct & Consequences
- The following actions may lead to disqualification, title revocation, and a ban from future events:
- Defamation: Publicly spreading false information or making misleading claims that damage the reputation of the event or organization.
- Unethical Behavior: Engaging in misconduct that negatively impacts the event’s integrity.
- Violation of Agreements: Breaching any signed agreements, sponsorship commitments, or code of conduct.
3. Inquiry & Decision Process
- A disciplinary committee will investigate any reported violation.
- The accused participant will be given an opportunity to present their case.
- If found guilty, the committee reserves the right to:
- Revoke past titles, awards, or recognitions.
- Ban the participant from future editions of the event.
- Take back any trophy, prize money, or goodies received as part of the event.
- Issue a public clarification to restore the event’s reputation.
4. Legal & Financial Consequences
- The event organizers reserve the right to take legal action if any statements cause financial loss or harm the event’s credibility.
- Sponsors and partners affected by false claims may also initiate independent legal proceedings.
5. Agreement to Terms
By participating in the event, all athletes and winners agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification, revocation of title, and permanent ban from future events.
